D'après l'association d'études canadiennes (Association for Canadian Studies), il parait que le nombre d'américains qui immigrent au Canada a substantiellement augmenté en 2006 pour atteindre un record, alors qu'en même temps le nombre de canadiens qui ont déménagé aux US a diminué.The number of Americans admitted to Canada in 2006 hit a 30 year record. As observed below nearly 11 000 Americans settled in Canada in 2006 a 20% increase over the previous year and nearly double the number that arrived here in the year 2000 (Table 1). As the number of Canadians admitted into the United States diminished between 2005
